1. To begin, mark and drill holes for the track and brackets. Our 11 FT Double track bypass kit includes two 4x5.5ft long sliding tracks with 2 junction plates, each track pre-drilled with holes 16" apart. It is crucial to ensure the tracks are leveled correctly.

2. Next, install the inside track using spacers and bolts. Our high-strength 8.8 grade bolts are suitable for both concrete and wooden walls. If your door is thicker than 1-3/4" or has doorway trim, we provide 2" spacers free of charge.

3. Attach brackets to the wall and install the outside track. The integral design of the brackets ensures stability and secure attachment to the wall. Each track can accommodate one door, allowing for smooth sliding and overlapping of two doors.

4. Install door stoppers on both tracks to prevent the door from falling off. Our stoppers, made of rubber and steel, reduce noise, provide anti-collision protection, and ensure door stability. They can be easily fixed with screws and adjusted as needed.

5. Attach steel hangers to your doors for a weight capacity of up to 200lbs. We offer different bolts to accommodate door thickness variations, ensuring a secure fit.

6. Hang your door and install anti-jump pads on the top to prevent lifting off the rail. Each door requires two anti-jump pads for added stability and safety.

7. Adjust door opening and closing positions and install a floor guide to prevent swinging against the baseboard. Our floor guides offer two installation options to suit your needs.

When choosing the right size, consider the track length based on total door width or opening width. The gap between doors and walls, as well as ceiling space, should also be taken into account.
