1. Drilling track and bracket holes: For a 12 FT double track bypass, we provide 4X6ft long sliding tracks with pre-drilled holes 16" apart. Keeping the tracks level is crucial for proper installation.

2. Installing the inside track with spacers and bolts: Our 8.8 grade high-strength bolts are suitable for concrete and wooden walls. If your door is thicker than 1-3/4" or has doorway trim, we offer 2'' spacers for free.

3. Attaching brackets to the wall and installing the outside track: Our brackets, featuring a split design for stability and high load-bearing capacity, allow one track to hang two doors.

4. Installing door stoppers on two tracks: The stoppers prevent the door from falling off the track, ensuring stability and safety. They are easy to install with rubber covering for noise reduction.

5. Attaching steel hangers to your doors: Our hangers can support up to 200 lbs and fit door thicknesses ranging from 1-3/8" to 1-3/4". Different bolts are available for varying door thicknesses.

6. Hanging your door and installing anti-jump pads: Anti-jump pads prevent the door from being lifted off the rail, ensuring stability and safety. Each door requires two anti-jump pads on top.

7. Adjusting door opening and closing positions and installing a floor guide: The floor guide prevents the door from swinging out or against the baseboard, allowing smooth sliding. Different installation methods are available.

When choosing the size of the track, ensure it is at least the total width of the door or opening. The track length can be slightly longer. Ceiling space from the top of the door to the ceiling should be 9".
