The track length should be the door opening size plus 4" (100mm), with at least 5-3/8" clearance needed from the top of the door to the ceiling.

The package includes 1x 40" Rail, 2x Rollers, 2x Roller Rotating Base, 1x Roller Fixator, 3x Rail Support, 3x Hinge, 1x Floor Guide, and 1x Sealing Strip. Door not included.
