  1. Track and Bracket Installation: The 16 FT Double Track Bypass kit includes 4 pieces of 5ft track, 2 pieces of 6ft track, and 4 junction plates. It is crucial to ensure that the tracks are level when installed.

  2. Inside Track Installation with Spacers and Bolts: Our 8.8 grade high-strength bolts are suitable for both concrete and wooden walls. We provide 1-3/4'' spacers for doors thicker than 1-3/4'' or with doorway trim.

  3. Wall Bracket Installation and Outside Track Installation: The sturdy bracket design requires fixing to the wall with two screws. Each track can support one door, allowing for smooth sliding motion.

  4. Door Stopper Installation: The rubber and steel stoppers prevent the door from falling off the track, ensuring stability and safety. Each door requires 2 stoppers for secure installation.

  5. Steel Hanger Attachment: With a weight capacity of 200lb, the hangers are suitable for door thicknesses ranging from 1-3/8'' to 1-3/4''. Different bolts are available for varying door thicknesses upon request.

  6. Door Hanging and Anti-Jump Pad Installation: Anti-jump pads prevent the door from lifting off the rail, enhancing stability and safety. Two anti-jump pads are installed on top of each door.

  7. Door Adjustment and Floor Guide Installation: Floor guides prevent the door from swinging outward or against the baseboard, ensuring smooth sliding. Various installation methods are available for different project needs.

  8. Sizing Guidelines: The track length should be at least equal to the total door width or the opening width. The gap between the inner door and the wall is approximately 5/8'', while the gap between two door panels is around 2''.
