【About Single Track Bypass Kit】

Hardware only is available for purchase, doors are not included. The doors should not exceed a thickness of 1-3/4" or the kit may not function properly. Due to the door overlap, the width of your door should be at least 6'' wider than half of the opening width to ensure full coverage. The usual track length is calculated as Opening Width + 1FT.

【Barn Door Wall Guide Main Material & Surface】

The main material of our barn door wall guide is strong and durable, weighing 1 lb. It is made of solid carbon steel (High Standard Q235) and undergoes multiple high-temperature fine electrostatic powder spraying processes to achieve a black frosted finish. This provides corrosion protection, anti-rust, and anti-scratch properties, making it ideal for heavy barn doors. All rollers are made of excellent POM material to keep the door sliding on a fixed trajectory and prevent swinging. Please note that this item does not stop the door.

【Design】

Our kit offers 8 setup options using either our stay roller, accommodating doors of various thicknesses up to 3-3/8 inches. It works well with thinner doors as well, ensuring a quiet and smooth slide every time. The adjustable roller wheel allows for use with almost any barn door.
